10 Ways To Fix A Bad Mood

So as everyone is about to start traveling for the holidays and spend tons of time around crazy family, both which can be stressful, I’ve decided to share 10 ways you can turn that ugly mood into a good one.  Please if you have something that works for you leave a comment to let us all know what it is!

1.  Smile at someone…trust me…it’s contagious.

2.  Listen to your favorite song…repeat if necessary.

3.  Lock yourself in a closet and scream…then laugh at how silly you must look.

4.  Kiss someone…Bonus points if they’re under 65 and over 5!

5.  Hit the gym or workout.

6.  Buy yourself a new lipstick…this one I highly recommend haha.

7.  Have a pact with a girlfriend to call each other to vent.

8.  Write…get it out on paper then throw it away.

9.  Wear your sexiest bra and panties…even if nobody sees them it will still lift your spirits.

10.  This one is maybe not so much for the holidays but a general mood enhancer and don’t think you need to wait around for a man to help you out, no need to be shy…climax!

    I’m so not in a bad mood now, thanks to this post :p No, but in january I have exams, so i’ll be sometimes in a bad mood, therefore I’m saving this post and hang it above my bed haha :D
